Bank or recipient details rejected

Save the withdrawal's latest status and selected method. Approval tells you that the operator has made an internal decision. Processing concerns the payment route. A credit in your receiving account establishes that money arrived. Follow those events separately when a betting cashout is delayed.
If the method failed, preserve the rejection before changing routes. If the winnings arrived but bank charges remain disputed, keep the credit and fee entries as two issues.
| Tracker stage | What Betway describes | What to ask next |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal Request | The cashout has entered its queue | Which request ID and selected method were recorded? |
| Request Received | The request details are being checked | Is any detail missing or incorrect? |
| Verifying Withdrawal | Account, security or payment checks are underway | Which check remains, and is a response required from you? |
| Withdrawal Approved | The request passed checks and is approved for processing | Has the transfer begun, or is it still awaiting sending? |
| Processing Withdrawal | Payment through the selected method is underway | Which provider reference identifies the payment? |
| Available to Redeem | The operator reports completion and availability at the destination | Does the chosen bank, wallet or redemption route show the matching amount? |
A regular EFT and an immediate payment are different services. Capitec's help distinguishes immediate payments from regular EFT and notes that other-bank or network delays can affect an immediate payment. A fast option in a bank app does not establish which service the betting operator used.
Ask for the cashout method recorded on your request, the sending institution or processor and its payment reference. For a bank transfer, compare the amount in ZAR, beneficiary name and account details with your selected account. Do not assume that a local withdrawal used an international transfer or needs a SWIFT reference.
If the destination is a wallet or cash-redemption route, use that provider's transaction or redemption record. A bank statement cannot establish receipt for money sent to a different destination. Keep any cash-collection code private.
Look for the actual credit in your receiving account's transaction history or statement. Compare its amount and date with the sender's receipt. Capitec's fraud guidance warns that a payment notification can be fake and tells customers to rely on bank statements. An emailed proof-of-payment image does not establish that your account was credited.
When the sender claims completion but no credit appears, give the receiving bank the transfer reference, amount, date and sender details and ask whether it can locate the payment or a return. Keep the bank's enquiry reference and written answer. Ask the operator's payment team to query the transfer through its sending institution as well.
If support only repeats Completed, ask for the receipt behind that status and the result of its payment enquiry. State the exact discrepancy: the operator records a send, while the stated recipient account has no matching credit. A missing recipient entry does not by itself identify which institution caused the problem.

Ask whether the request was cancelled, returned or is still active. Confirm where the amount is now and which route is available before creating another request.
Resolve the payment-method mismatchAsk for the outstanding document and exact rejection reason, retaining your earlier submission acknowledgement.
Handle the document decision| Record | What it shows | Question to resolve |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal request and sender receipt | The requested amount and claimed payment | Was this amount sent to the intended destination? |
| Recipient credit | The amount that actually arrived | Does it match the request, or is a deduction unexplained? |
| Bank fee entry | A charge recorded by the bank | What service incurred it, and who is being asked to reimburse it? |
| Return or failed-payment record | An unsuccessful or returned attempt | Where did the principal amount go, and did a separate charge remain? |
A fee record does not establish an automatic right to a refund. It lets you specify the disputed charge and ask for its explanation separately.
A FreeSpino complainant reported failed withdrawal methods and bank charges, then said the winnings had arrived while the charges were not refunded. The mediator nevertheless marked the case resolved. Receipt of winnings and reimbursement of charges were different outcomes.
In an 8xwins complaint, the player said withdrawals were marked complete without a bank credit. The closing record described processing after intervention and the player's use of a resolution control, but did not contain a visible direct confirmation of bank receipt. That supports a narrower conclusion than a documented credit.
For your own follow-up, state the outstanding result in one sentence: no credit for the identified transfer, unexplained difference in the received amount, or a named fee still disputed. Attach the record for that result and preserve full bank details inside the authenticated conversation.

Clarify the request state before another attempt.
