Marsbet: 779 USDT waiting on a document decision

A Marsbet player says a 779 USDT withdrawal requested on 19 September 2026 remained in KYC review after the required identity files were submitted. AskGamblers lists the complaint as unresolved.

The useful answer would identify the item still awaiting a decision. I would ask for that before sending another copy of every document: repeated uploads can leave you with more submission receipts and the same unanswered question.

The request and the public complaint

  1. 19 September 2026

    Withdrawal requested

Player: a cashout of 779 USDT was submitted.

  2. After document submission

    Review allegedly remains pending

Player: all requested identity files had been supplied, but the account stayed under review.

  3. AskGamblers discussion

    An update requested from Marsbet

The mediator asks the casino to respond. The original discussion shows no direct decision on a particular document.

  4. Public outcome

    Unresolved

The original complaint records no confirmed payment or completed verification.

Submitted files and approved files are different stages

A pending review does not, by itself, establish deliberate blocking. The original complaint gives no specific failed document to correct.

An upload receipt establishes that a file was sent. An acceptance message establishes that the casino has accepted it for the requested check. Those stages answer different questions. When the account says pending review, ask whether a file awaits assessment, a replacement is required, or the review has moved beyond identity documents.

Keep the document state beside the withdrawal state

Keep both states in the same support ticket so an accepted file cannot be mistaken for an approved payment.

Ask for an item-level answer

Give support the withdrawal ID and upload receipts together. Ask them to name the outstanding check, state whether each requested file has been accepted, and identify any correction you must make. If nothing more is needed from you, ask which team holds the review and whether it has given an expected response window.

An answer naming a rejected file gives you a correction to make. An answer saying the files are accepted and the request is in another review gives you a different escalation point. A general request to wait does neither. Keep that reply with the case chronology so the complaint handler can see the missing decision.

Keep identity files in the established account channel

Follow the answer you actually receive

No specific decision is given

Submit a short chronology with the request, uploads and replies to the complaint handler. Separate what you submitted from what the casino accepted.

Build a complaint evidence file

Verification is accepted but payment waits

Treat the next question as a withdrawal delay. Keep the acceptance message and ask for the payment request's current state.

Trace a pending crypto withdrawal

A new account does not complete this review

I would get the current review stage on record before choosing another casino. A simple registration elsewhere tells you little about the documents it may request before payout. Moving to a different site also leaves the existing request to be resolved through its own account and complaint process.

For a later choice, compare when identity checks can be triggered and what your payment method requires. This case provides no tested replacement that would avoid the same review. The KYC before withdrawal guide explains the stages worth separating before you commit to a new account.
