Wagibet: a smaller daily limit, then no way to request payment

A Wagibet player describes a daily cashout cap falling from $3,000 to $350 and then $100. AskGamblers lists the complaint as unresolved. The later update adds a separate problem: withdrawal methods had allegedly disappeared.

I would ask two questions here: which rule changed the daily allowance, and how the remaining balance could still be withdrawn. A smaller limit can explain smaller requests. An empty method list needs its own answer.

The limit reductions and the later update

  1. Initial player report

    Successive daily caps

The player reports $3,000, then $350, then $100 after a successful payment.

  2. Later player update

    Two small payments

The player reports two $100 payments, followed by cancelled requests and removed withdrawal methods.

  3. AskGamblers discussion

    Casino update requested

The mediator asks Wagibet to respond. No direct casino reply is visible in the original discussion.

  4. Public outcome

    Unresolved

The complaint has no confirmed final settlement in its public record.

The balance also changes between reports

The original complaint gives $2,450; the update gives $2,950. The thread does not explain that change. These are the player's stated balances, not an independently established amount still owed.

A complaint file needs an account statement alongside the withdrawal history. Pending requests, returned funds and fresh play can affect the figures you see. Reconcile those entries before presenting a single outstanding total; otherwise the number can obscure the disputed payment.

Find the rule attached to that daily allowance

A daily withdrawal allowance controls how much can leave during its stated period. A per-request limit controls an individual submission. A bonus maximum cashout can instead limit the amount retained from a promotion. The consequence for a remaining balance differs, so I would keep those terms separate in a complaint.

For a changing cap, compare the same account tier, currency and method before and after the change. Then ask whether the new rule applies to requests already accepted, when its period resets, and whether a higher allowance depends on account status. A screenshot of a different payment method cannot settle that comparison.

A partial payment leaves the remaining request open

Make the next message about the remaining balance

Send support the outstanding request IDs, the dated limit comparison and the method-list change in one message. Ask for the applicable clause and the available payout route. If the answer addresses only the daily cap, ask the separate question about the missing method before creating another request.

Keep full records for a private complaint submission. A public post can show the sequence with account IDs and payment details obscured. The complaint evidence guide explains how to assemble that file without exposing credentials or identity documents.

A published cap to compare before your next choice

For a future account, my Winna feedback gives you a specific cap to compare: its terms set a standard $10,000 allowance per 24 hours. Higher VIP limits are discretionary. Withdrawals of €2,000 or equivalent may face enhanced verification, so a larger allowance still comes with a document-review condition.

Winna's deposits require 1x wagering, with extra wagering possible after bonus activity. Payouts normally return to the deposit method unless another route is agreed and verified; several withdrawals within 24 hours may incur a processing fee. Use those conditions when comparing your likely cashout. They do not promise a payout time, solve the Wagibet dispute or protect a cap from future changes.
