Shuffle: 0.1 BTC in review, then a game-rule dispute

A Canadian player reported a BTC withdrawal still in review after verification. Shuffle later alleged misuse of game mechanics. Casino Guru closed the complaint unresolved on 25 May 2026.

I would keep the payment question and the disputed play together in the complaint, with separate records for each. Otherwise an answer about a rule can leave the original cashout unexplained.

Shuffle answered, but the underlying play stayed unclear

The operator allegation is a direct reply in the original complaint. The public record leaves the specific game, disputed rounds and rule version unclear. It records no later payment confirmation.

A claim about game mechanics needs something a complaint handler can assess: the affected activity, the rule in force when it happened and the records supporting the decision. Sensitive material can be considered through a private evidence channel. A broad reference to terms leaves the player without a specific activity to address.

Keep two sets of records in the same complaint

One follows the payment; the other addresses the challenged play.

A verification approval establishes a verification stage. The disputed play still needs its own explanation.

Ask for an answer you can respond to

  1. Identify the activity

Ask for the game, provider, affected round or time range and the conduct being questioned. Keep the answer with the corresponding history rather than sending unrelated screenshots of other wins.

  2. Identify the applicable rule

Request the clause and version applied on the play date. Keep any saved acceptance notice or terms copy; a current policy page may have changed since the disputed bets.

  3. Offer a private evidence route

Ask whether the operator can share the supporting material with the complaint handler privately. That gives sensitive findings a review channel while keeping personal documents and account identifiers out of public posts.

  4. Keep the withdrawal question open

Request the current status of the original cashout, any amount affected by the decision and what happens to the remaining balance. Keep any cancellation or balance adjustment beside the original request record.

Insufficient evidence leaves the allegation untested

Current terms belong beside the historical record

Shuffle's current terms require wagers totalling 100% of a deposit's value before withdrawing funds attributable to it. Clause 10.2 exempts digital assets returned to the depositing wallet on its original network. Clause 7.2 promises no particular processing time.

Those are conditions to check for a new request. They do not identify the game rule invoked in this complaint, or establish which terms applied to the January activity. I would keep the version accepted at play time beside the operator's explanation.

Choose the action that fits your review

Your BTC request is still in review

Keep its ID and status history. Ask whether the operator is waiting for a document, reviewing activity or has made a decision; each answer calls for different records.

Locate the withdrawal stage

The operator challenges your play

Build the payment and play records together. Ask for the specific activity, applicable rule and a private channel for supporting evidence.
