Only an internal completed status exists
Keep the question with the casino. Request actual dispatch details rather than asking the receiver to trace an unidentified payment.
Paid status, missing credit
Ask the casino for the sending reference, payment route, dispatch time and destination details. Then give that record to the bank, wallet or exchange that should have received it. A 'paid' label inside the casino does not identify where the money is now.
Keep the casino's confirmation beside the receiving account's transaction history. The task is to connect those two records, or document where they fail to connect. Another withdrawal approval will not locate a transfer already described as sent.
Use the withdrawal entry that the casino marked paid. Keep its amount, currency, method, reference and status-change time. Ask whether 'paid' means internal approval, handover to a processor, or an actual sent payment. If only the processor has the dispatch record, ask the casino to obtain it.
Suggested wording: 'My withdrawal is marked paid, but the intended receiving account has no matching credit. Please provide the payment route, sending reference, dispatch time, amount and currency, and confirm the destination used. Please identify whether these details show approval or actual dispatch.'
Send destination details through an authenticated private channel. A casino withdrawal number identifies your request; the receiving bank may need a different reference to find the transfer. Ask the sender to explain what its reference identifies.
| Payment route | Record to obtain | Who can check the next stage |
|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Sender's transfer confirmation, actual sending bank or provider, reference, amount, currency and destination | The receiving bank, using the reference it accepts for that transfer |
| Card credit | The card-payment route, destination card identifier and provider's trace reference | The card issuer, with the reference type confirmed by the sender |
| E-wallet | Provider transaction ID and intended receiving account | The wallet provider, checking that transaction against your account |
| Crypto | Transaction hash, network, asset and receiving address | The network record first, then the receiving wallet or exchange |
ARN, STAN and RRN are references used for some card transactions, including supported refunds. Do not assume every casino payout has an ARN. Ask which reference is available for the actual payment route.
Check the intended receiving account, including its incoming transactions rather than only the headline balance. Match the dispatch date, amount and currency. A transfer can appear under a processor's name rather than the casino's name, so ask the sender for the descriptor where available.
Suggested wording for the receiving provider: 'The sender says this payment was dispatched to my account. I have attached its transfer confirmation. Can you trace it using the sending reference and confirm whether it was received, is awaiting posting, or was rejected or returned?'
If the provider cannot use that reference, ask which sending document or identifier it needs. Return that precise request to the casino. Keep the receiver's written answer, case number and the period covered by any statement you supplied. A statement ending before dispatch cannot show whether the later payment arrived.
Use the applicable provider's processing condition when deciding whether a stated posting period has passed. A casino review period starts at a different event and does not establish a bank-credit deadline.
Keep the question with the casino. Request actual dispatch details rather than asking the receiver to trace an unidentified payment.
Ask for its current state and any action required from you or the sender. Preserve that reply beside the sending confirmation.
Return its written trace result to the casino. Ask the sending provider to investigate the same reference and reconcile the destination and route.
Obtain the return record and ask where the returned amount was credited. Confirm a usable route before submitting another request.
Resolve the payment-route mismatchRequest the transaction hash and exact network. Open it in the explorer for that network and compare the destination address, asset, amount and transaction result with your receiving instructions. A casino's own request number is not a transaction hash.
A confirmed network transaction does not by itself show a credit inside an exchange account. Check that the exchange supports that asset on that network and that any required memo or destination tag was supplied. Give its support the hash and receiving record through the exchange's authenticated channel.
If the address, network or required tag differs, preserve the mismatch and ask the receiving service about its specific recovery process. Recovery depends on that service and the transfer; do not assume that another deposit or a payment to a private 'recovery agent' will recover it. The crypto pending guide covers a transfer still awaiting a network or receiving-service decision.
Keep the actual receiving entry and confirm that its amount and currency match the transfer, including any explained conversion or fee. An email promising payment is a different record.
Keep the return confirmation and matching casino balance entry. If the account remains inaccessible, request an account statement showing the returned amount and its availability.
Ask for an itemized explanation of fees, conversion or a split payment. Compare each entry with the original request before calling the payment complete.
Keep both providers' replies and identify the unanswered point: no dispatch evidence, wrong destination, missing reference or unaccounted return. Escalate that exact issue with the records.
First establish what was sent, by which route and when. Then use the receiving provider's applicable processing condition. There is no universal wait that covers bank transfers, card credits, wallets and crypto.
Ask whether that number is a sending reference the receiver can trace. If it identifies only your request, ask the casino to obtain the processor's dispatch confirmation and usable reference.
Give the issuer the original card identifier and the sender's payment reference privately. Ask whether that credit was routed, rejected or returned. Confirm the result and an approved alternative with the casino before making another withdrawal.
Keep the actual receiver credit or reconciled return as the financial outcome. A ticket closure, mediation label or processing confirmation can describe a different event.
Use the broader guide if actual dispatch is still unknown.
Keep one traceable case when the sender stops answering.
