Rollbit: cashout blocked after claimed Level 4 verification

A player says Rollbit's withdrawal control was disabled despite Level 4 verification. Casino Guru closed the February 2026 complaint unresolved.

The first question is how to get an account decision explained. A network explorer becomes useful only after a payment has actually been sent.

From the restriction to the public closure

  1. 3 February 2026 · Complaint submitted

    Player: withdrawal unavailable

The player claims 5,346.56 USDT was inaccessible after Level 4 verification; earlier cashouts had worked.

  2. Player's clarification

    Sports betting and account context

The player reports sports betting only, USDT on Solana and VPN use for privacy, and denies multiple accounts.

  3. 11 February 2026 · Mediator

    Unresolved: No reaction policy

Casino Guru closed the case, citing Rollbit's non-cooperation in previous complaints rather than starting fresh mediation here.

The account-association question remains open

The player describes support raising multiple or associated accounts. No direct Rollbit reply appears in the public complaint. The visible thread contains no later payment confirmation.

The Armenia label also needs care: the player says they are originally from Russia and selected Armenia for their current IP location. That statement leaves actual residence and eligibility unverified.

I would ask for a written decision naming the disputed account connection, the rule applied and the way to challenge it. A completed identity check and an account-association investigation ask different questions. Repeating the same identity document may leave the operator's concern unanswered.

Keep records for the failed step

  1. Capture the disabled control

Save a dated view showing the currency, available balance and the restriction or error. Describe whether the button is absent, disabled or rejected after submission; those details tell support where the process stops.

  2. Keep the verification decision

Preserve the level shown and the approval message, together with any later request for documents. Ask which check remains open and whether the withdrawal restriction is tied to that check.

  3. Answer the connection being alleged

Keep the exact support wording. If another account, wallet, device or location is questioned, ask which connection needs clarification and how to provide supporting records privately. Explain your actual circumstances accurately.

  4. Separate earlier transfers

Prior completed withdrawals can establish the earlier payment history. Keep their dates and transaction IDs separately from the present restriction, so an old transfer is not mistaken for settlement of the disputed balance.

  5. Request the next review step

Ask for a complaint reference, the team reviewing the decision, any outstanding information and the route for challenging the result. Keep each answer in the same chronology.

A closed mediation file still leaves an account question

What the ordinary USDT conditions tell you

Rollbit's current withdrawal help lists a $5 USDT minimum and standard network gas fees, previewed before sending. Those conditions describe an available cashout. They leave the reason for a disabled control unanswered.

I would resolve the account restriction before experimenting with another network or payment method. A different rail adds another variable while the decision preventing a request may still apply.

Take the next step at the account stage

You are preparing a complaint

Create one dated account record. Redact public copies and send full supporting documents through the handler's private channel.

Prepare a complaint record

You are choosing a different casino

Read its location, account and verification conditions before depositing. A completed cashout elsewhere cannot establish how a disputed account connection will be handled.
