Fix the name mismatch in your casino verification

Compare the casino profile, your identity document and the payment-account holder privately. Then ask support which field failed. A difference between Cyrillic and Latin spelling needs an explanation tied to your documents; a payment account belonging to someone else raises a separate ownership issue.

Keep the existing account while you resolve it. Creating another account with a different spelling leaves two records to explain and can breach the casino's account rules.

Put the name records beside each other

Make this comparison privately. A public complaint does not need your full name, document number or account details.
RecordWhat to preserveWhat you are checking
Casino profileThe legal-name fields as entered, including given names and surnameA typing error, shortened name, missing field or spelling different from the issued document
Identity documentThe printed name and its Latin spelling where providedWhether support is reading the same valid document and spelling you used
Payment accountThe holder shown in the bank or payment account's own recordsWhether a shortened display still belongs to you, or the account is owned by another person

A casino username is a login label. Compare the legal-name fields used for verification; they are the records support needs to check against your document.

Use the spelling the document actually carries

For a document with both Cyrillic and Latin fields, copy its Latin spelling exactly into your comparison. A familiar English spelling of a name can differ from the spelling on the issued document. Changing letters until the form accepts them leaves the underlying records inconsistent.

Ukraine's migration service explains that an issued Latin spelling can follow earlier documents through its document process. That is a reason to keep the actual passport spelling and any earlier variant together. It does not give a casino a universal rule for accepting every variant, and the same transliteration scheme should not be assumed across CIS documents.

If the document has no Latin field, ask which document or translation the casino accepts. Do not add translated letters to a photograph or replace the printed name. For example, Stake's identity help asks for documents in Latin international format. Check your casino's own accepted-document instructions before uploading.

Choose the correction that fits the discrepancy

A typo or alternate spelling in the casino profile

Save the current profile first. Ask support to confirm whether it can correct that field, which evidence it needs and whether the change will trigger another review. Use the existing account's correction path.

A bank display shortens your name

Ask the bank or payment service for an account-holder record that ties the full name to that account. Send it through the casino's approved verification channel. An abbreviated display alone does not establish that the holder is a different person.

Your current name differs from an older record

Explain which record is current and ask what evidence the casino accepts to connect the names. Keep the original records intact; let support identify the account change and supporting document it needs.

The payment account belongs to another person

Tell support who owns it and ask how the existing payment or balance will be handled. A spelling correction cannot make another person's account yours. Follow the payment-ownership route before trying another cashout.

Resolve payment ownership and method mismatch

Give support a comparison it can act on

Keep the message about the actual discrepancy. List the profile spelling, the spelling on the issued document and the payment-holder record in the private conversation. Say which field you believe needs correction, then ask support to confirm that diagnosis before changing it.

A useful request is: My verification notice refers to a name mismatch. Please identify the exact field that failed and the spelling you require from my issued document. My payment account belongs to me. Please confirm the approved correction procedure, the supporting document needed and whether my existing withdrawal remains open.

If support has not mentioned a name mismatch, change the opening to ask for the rejection reason. An unclear notice can concern a photograph, residence or a missing verification step. Repeatedly submitting the same spelling will not answer those questions.

Keep proof private and the original intact

  1. Use the authenticated channel

Open verification or support from your existing account or the casino's official site. Confirm any upload destination there before sending an identity file.

  2. Follow the requested document format

An identity check may require an original, complete photograph. A public redacted copy and a private verification upload serve different purposes. Do not assume that a crop, watermark or edited image will be accepted.

  3. Ask what proves payment ownership

Use the bank's or payment service's own account record in the format support accepts. Keep unrelated transaction details out of a public complaint; retain the full original privately.

  4. Save the correction decision

Keep the support reference, the accepted spelling and the response confirming the account change. Check that the profile now carries the agreed record before requesting another withdrawal.

Move on if the failed check concerns something else

A request for proof of address concerns residence. A selfie or video request concerns a separate identity step. Use the rejected-document workflow when support names a document defect; keep a chronology when it acknowledges the upload but has not made a decision.

Country of citizenship, the country that issued your document and current residence are different facts. A spelling correction does not settle whether the casino serves your location or accepts that document. Ask which of those fields is under review and keep your actual details consistent.

Once the name change is accepted, check the withdrawal status separately. An approved identity record does not show a transfer into your payment account. The withdrawal stage guide helps locate the next handoff.

Before changing a name field

Should I translate the name on my identity photograph?

Keep the photograph unchanged. Use the printed Latin field if the document has one. If it does not, ask which issued document or translation the casino accepts and where it should be uploaded.

Does a missing middle name prove that the account is someone else's?

A shortened display needs to be compared with the full holder record. Ask the payment service for the relevant account-holder document and have casino support identify the exact discrepancy. Do not infer ownership from an abbreviated label alone.

Can I register again using the passport spelling?

Use the correction procedure for the account you already have. A new account can breach a one-account rule; Stake, for example, permits one account per player. Ask support how to correct the existing record.

Will correcting the name release my withdrawal?

It can resolve that stated discrepancy, but the casino may still have another review or a payment step outstanding. Ask for confirmation of the corrected record and the separate withdrawal decision.
