The cap changed after a win
Save the earlier and current condition, the affected request and the change notice. Ask for the term and effective time used for that request. A changed display needs an explanation before you can rebuild the schedule.
Cashout arithmetic
The largest number on the withdrawal page may not be the amount you can request now. A per-request cap, a daily allowance and a weekly allowance can all apply at once. The smallest remaining allowance controls the next request.
First establish the withdrawable balance and the rules for the intended payment method. Then calculate request eligibility. Keep payment arrival in a separate record: permission to request an amount does not tell you when that amount will reach your account.
| Number | What it controls | Detail to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawable balance | The money currently eligible for a request | Whether bonuses, unsettled bets or pending requests are excluded |
| Per-request maximum | The size of one withdrawal request | Whether a separate method or account-tier cap is lower |
| Daily maximum | Total usage within the daily window | The timezone, reset point and event counted toward usage |
| Weekly or monthly maximum | Total usage within the longer window | Whether the window is fixed or rolling and what resets it |
| Minimum and fee | Whether a small request is allowed and its cost | The asset or currency, how the fee is charged and whether the amount satisfies the minimum |
| Bonus conversion cap | How much bonus-derived money can become cash | Which balance it applies to before ordinary withdrawal limits are calculated |
A bonus conversion cap can change the eligible balance. It is a different calculation from splitting an already withdrawable balance into requests.
The relevant event may be submission, approval or payment. Check the casino's definition. Also ask whether an open request prevents another request and what happens to allowance after a cancellation, rejection or return.
For a rolling window, usage drops out as individual transactions become older than the defined period. For a fixed window, allowance resets at a stated boundary. A weekly label alone does not tell you which calculation applies.
Keep the current cap view, applicable term and support clarification together. The arithmetic is only as useful as those definitions.
| Request day | Amount requested | Weekly allowance left | Balance not yet requested |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | 2,000 | 3,000 | 10,000 |
| Day 2 | 2,000 | 1,000 | 8,000 |
| Day 3 | 1,000 | 0 | 7,000 |
| Day 8 | 2,000 | 3,000 | 5,000 |
| Day 9 | 2,000 | 1,000 | 3,000 |
| Day 10 | 1,000 | 0 | 2,000 |
| Day 15 | 2,000 | 3,000 | 0 |
Seven requests cover the 12,000-unit balance. Day 15 is the earliest final request day in this example; it is not a promised date of receipt. A rolling window, different reset, one-request-at-a-time rule or cap counted on payment changes the schedule.
Dividing 12,000 by the 2,000 daily cap produces six. That calculation ignores the weekly cap. After two 2,000-unit requests, only 1,000 remains in the first weekly allowance, so the third request must be smaller. The same happens in week two.
For each proposed request, compare the remaining eligible balance with the per-request maximum and unused allowance in every applicable window. Take the smallest of those amounts. If it is below the method's minimum, it cannot form a valid request; ask how the remaining tranche can be withdrawn. Recalculate after each actual event using the casino's rule for when usage is counted.
A fee can also make a small final tranche impractical or change what arrives. Establish whether it is deducted from the requested amount, charged separately or taken elsewhere before treating the ledger as a receipt calculation.
Stake's crypto withdrawal help states that there is no maximum crypto withdrawal beyond the money available in the account, while currency-specific minimums remain. That statement concerns its crypto route. It does not establish the rules for a fiat method or promise immediate approval.
Check the method actually selected in your account, including its currency, minimum, fee and any account-tier condition. If a displayed maximum differs from the general terms, ask which governs your request and retain the answer. Do not pick whichever number produces the most convenient schedule.
Keep the reference, submission time with timezone, amount, currency and method. Mark the applicable window and the event that consumes its allowance.
Add approvals, rejections, cancellations and returns. Confirm whether each changes the used allowance or withdrawable balance.
Match each incoming credit to its request using the sending reference and amount. Explain any fee or conversion rather than treating a partial credit as the whole request.
Distinguish funds already requested but not received from money not yet requested. A paid tranche does not establish payment of the remaining balance.
Save the earlier and current condition, the affected request and the change notice. Ask for the term and effective time used for that request. A changed display needs an explanation before you can rebuild the schedule.
Request the reason and the allowance calculation. Identify which window or method condition is said to be exhausted. Attach your relevant request history privately.
Keep the unused-balance calculation separate and trace that tranche's payment stage. More scheduling arithmetic will not locate an already requested transfer.
Trace the missing trancheBuild a complaint around the specific cap, affected request and unexplained refusal or change. Ask for a written calculation and correction if the records show an error.
Prepare the evidence packetOnly if that is the stated rule. It may use another fixed boundary, a specified timezone or a rolling seven-day window. Confirm the definition before assigning dates to the requests.
Check the rule for your account and the event counted toward usage. A returned balance and a restored withdrawal allowance are separate changes. Do not assume both occurred from the balance alone.
Read what the term governs. In a bonus offer it may limit conversion of bonus winnings to cash; in another context it may describe a withdrawal amount. Establish the eligible cash balance before scheduling ordinary withdrawals.
You can calculate request eligibility once the cap definitions are known. Delivery also depends on approval, processing and the receiving route. Keep actual receipts separate and avoid presenting a request calendar as a payout guarantee.
